I have served as a police officer in British Columbia for more than 12 years with the Saanich Police Department. My career has included frontline service in the Uniform Division and investigative work as a Youth Detective in the Community Division. I currently serve on the Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team and provide training and instruction to both frontline and tactical officers.

 

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive insight into police recruiting, selection, and interview processes across many departments. This experience allows me to guide applicants through every stage with clarity and confidence.
