Refund Policy

At True Blue Consulting we value your satisfaction and aim to accommodate your needs. Refunds will be granted in full if requested in writing prior to the commencement of the first coaching session. Once coaching sessions have begun, any requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Any refunds will be provided to you at our earliest convenience.

We do not issue any refunds if you are unsuccessful in your interview or application.
